At the recent International Enamel Congress (Shanghai/China, May 2008), Pemco presented papers on:

	New Surface Aspects of Enamel Products The ENAMERIS® process from Pemco International is a breakthrough which makes possible the decoration of complex shapes that are coated with porcelain enamel. This opens new paths for our customers to introduce products which have striking aesthetic features, as well as emphasising the uniqueness of the product.
	Vitreous Enamel Coated Bolted Steel Tanks and Silos: Fish Scale Free Enamelling Porcelain or vitreous enamel coated bolted steel tanks are used for the storage of a wide variety of liquids, slurries and dry bulk products in municipal and industrial areas. Thanks to the excellent chemical resistance of the vitreous enamels and the flexible and quick construction, not obtained by other silo technologies, there is a growing demand for enamelled tanks and silos.
	‘NanoClean’ An Organically Nano-Modified Sol-Gel Layer Presenting Anti-stick Properties Pemco International has developed a product which by modification of the glass surface turns it into an easy to clean surface, ideal in the kitchen area. The modification is based on nano-modified sol-gel layers and so the name NanoClean was born. As porcelain enamel coatings are glass-based, the product can be applied to a variety of kitchen appliances, such as cookers and fridges.
